Highland Cooler

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 2 dash non-alcoholic aromatic bitters or omitswapped
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp powdered sugar
• 4 oz ginger ale

Directions

   Pour the apple cider + splash of vanilla, Angostura bitters, orange juice and sugar into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Fill with ginger ale, and serve.
