Eye-Opener

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1 tsp anise (licorice) syrupswapped
• 1/2 tsp white chocolate syrup (or chocolate syrup)swapped
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 tsp superfine sugar

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients

   Strain into a sour glass.
