Eye of the Tiger

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz coconut creamswapped
• 1 oz cranberry juice
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz sugar syrup
• 1 oz orange juice
• 3/8 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped

Directions

1. 1

   Shake all ingredients (except pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup) and strain into an ice-filled highball glass

2. 2

   Sprinkle pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup on top, and garnish with an orange slice

   Serve with straws.
