Cape Snow

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/2 oz mandarin orange syrupswapped
• 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Directions

   Blend briefly in a blender

   Pour into a wine goblet, garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.
