Batida de Pina (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 3 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 2/3 cup crushed pineapples
• 1/2 tsp superfine sugar

Directions

   Blend with cracked ice until smooth and pour into a chilled double old-fashioned glass

   Garnish with a sprig of mint.
