Barrow Blues

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped
• 3/8 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/8 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 tsp coconut cream

Directions

   Pour the blue curacao, pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup, pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup, pineapple juice and coconut cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes, and serve.
