Barcelona Fizz

Ingredients

• 1/2 white grape juice + drop of vanillaswapped
• 1 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/4 oz sugar syrup
• 4 oz soda water

Directions

   Shake the sherry, white grape juice + squeeze of lime, lemon juice and syrup in a shaker

   Strain into a frosted highball glass half filled with ice, then add chilled soda

   Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry, and serve with straws and a muddler.
