Almeria (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 oz kahlua coffee liqueur
• 1 egg white

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients

   Strain into a cocktail glass.
