Ingredients

• 1/2 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
• 2 dash non-alcoholic aromatic bitters or omitswapped
• 1 tsp sugar

Directions

   In a wine glass, add the bitters to the sugar

   Then add the dubonnet and a tsp

3. 3

   Fill the glass with champagne, stir gently and garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
