Ingredients

• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz chocolate syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz double cream
• 1/2 oz grated nutmeg

Directions

   Pour the pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Add the chocolate syrup and double cream

3. 3

   Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

   Sprinkle with grated nutmeg on top, and serve.
