Texas Sunset

Ingredients

• 0.56 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz apricot nectarswapped
• 1/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 2 oz orange juice
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 oz sugar syrup
• 1 tsp egg white
• 3/4 oz grenadine syrup

Directions

   Shake all ingredients (except grenadine) briefly with three-quarters of a glassful of broken ice

   Pour unstrained into a collins glass, sprinkle grenadine on top, and serve unstirred.
