Scotch Toddy (Mocktail)
🥃 Served in a shot glass

Ingredients
- 1 strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 bag tea

In a standard coffee mug put the scotch, honey and tea bag

Pour boiling hot water to fill mug

Steep for about one or two minutes

Then remove and dispose of tea bag.
