Peach Virgin Daiquiri

Ingredients

• 1 peeled and sliced peach
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp powdered sugar
• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped

Directions

   Combine peach, lime juice, sugar and rum in a blender

   puree until smooth

   Almost fill a large wine glass with crushed ice

   Pour peach mixture over, garnish with a mint sprig and serve immediately.
