Peach Virgin Daiquiri #2

Ingredients

• 1 cup frozen peaches
• 1 dash vanilla extract
• 1/4 cup lime juice
• 1 tbsp superfine sugar
• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 cup crushed ice
• 1/2 oz peach syrup or peach nectarswapped
• 1/4 oz apricot nectarswapped

   Combine the peaches, lime juice, rum, schnapps, brandy, vanilla, and sugar in the blender until smooth

   Slowly add the ice with the blender running and process until smooth

   Serve in chilled cocktail glasses.
