Pawpaw Paradise

Ingredients

• 1 ripe papaya
• 1/2 cup milk
• 3/4 cup pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 cup crushed ice
• 2 tbsp sugar

Directions

   Using a papaya or mango, cut into small pieces and puree in a blender

   Add the milk, rum, ice and sugar

3. 3

   Blend until smooth

4. 4

   Pour into 4oz glasses and garnish with strawberries.
