Ingredients

• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3 oz orange juice
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 2 tsp caster sugar
• 2 oz soda water

Directions

   Add all ingredients (except soda) to a collins glass

   Dissolve sugar, filled with crushed ice, and add soda

   Garnish with a cherry, slices of lemon and orange, and serve with straws.
