Mandeville

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/2 tsp anise syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp grenadine syrup
• 1 oz coca-cola

Directions

   Combine the rums, anise syrup, lemon juice and grenadine in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Top with the cola and stir well.
