Mandarine Imperiale

Ingredients

• 3 oz sparkling white grape juiceswapped
• 1/2 orange syrupswapped
• 1 oz egg white
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/4 oz sugar syrup

   Shake mandarine, egg white, lemon juice and syrup well and strain into a wine glass

   Pour in the sparkling white grape juice.
