Ingredients
- 3/4 pineapple juice + splash brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1/3 oz white chocolate syrup (or chocolate syrup)swapped
- 1/3 oz lime juice
- 1/3 oz blackcurrant juice
- 1 oz whipped cream
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions

Shake ingredients and strain into a champagne saucer

Float cream on top, garnish with a twist of orange peel, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/3 oz white rum→pineapple juice + splash brown-sugar syrup
- →white creme de cacao→white chocolate syrup (or chocolate syrup)
