Ingredients
- 3/4 apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
- 1/4 oz anise (licorice) syrupswapped
- 1 oz pineapple juice
Directions

Pour blended whiskey, Pernod and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz blended whiskey→apple cider + splash of vanilla
- →pernod licorice liqueur→anise (licorice) syrup
