Island Jim

Ingredients

• 3/8 oz coconut creamswapped
• 3/8 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 3/8 oz banana syrup or banana nectarswapped
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz sweet and sour mix
• 1 oz pink lemonade
• 2 oz coca-cola

Directions

   Combine all ingredients (except cola) in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well

   Strain over ice in a collins glass, top with cola, and serve.
