Gin Cup (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 3 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 tsp sugar syrup
• 3/4 - 1 oz lemon juice
• 3 mint sprigs

Directions

1. 1

   Place the mint sprigs and sugar syrup in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass

   Stir about to bruise the mint slightly

3. 3

   Fill the glass with chopped / shaved ice

4. 4

   Add the lemon juice and tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract and stir until a frost begins to form

5. 5

   Decorate with extra mint sprigs, and serve.
