Gin Crusta
Ingredients
- 5 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
- 30 drops gomme syrup
- 10 non-alcoholic bitters or omitswapped
- 5 orange syrup (add blue food coloring if color matters)swapped
Directions

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass rimmed with lemon juice and sugar

Garnish with a twist of a lemon peel.
