Emerald Cocktail #2

Ingredients

• 3 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1 oz peppermint syrupswapped
• 1 oz lemon juice

Directions

   Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well

   Strain into a highball glass, and serve.
