Derby Fizz

Ingredients

• 0.56 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/4 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• 1 whole egg

Directions

   Combine all ingredients except water with cracked ice in a cocktail shaker

   Shake vigorously

   Pour over ice cubes in a chilled collins glass

4. 4

   Fill with sparkling water and stir gently.
