Canyon Quake (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz irish cream
• 3/4 oz white grape juiceswapped — Warm for mulled drinks
• 1 oz almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
• 2 oz light cream

Directions

   Pour the Irish cream, white grape juice, amaretto and light cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake very well

   Strain into a white grape juice snifter, and serve.
