Canyon Quake

Ingredients

• 0.56 oz sweetened cream + cocoa/coffee syrupswapped
• 0.56 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/2 oz almond (orgeat) syrupswapped
• 2 oz light cream

Directions

   Pour the sweetened cream + cocoa/coffee syrup, apple juice + splash of vanilla, amaretto and light cream into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake very well

   Strain into a apple juice + splash of vanilla snifter, and serve.
