Candle in the Window (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 2 tsp apple cider + dash of vanillaswapped — Warm it for hot drinks
• 1 tsp dark creme de cacao
• 1 tsp cherry brandy
• 4 oz hot coffee
• 2 oz heavy cream

Directions

   Pour the rum, apple cider + dash of vanilla, creme de cacao, cherry brandy and coffee into an Irish coffee cup or glass

   Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top, and serve.
