Candle in the Window

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1.5 tsp apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/2 tsp chocolate syrupswapped
• 1/2 tsp cherry juice or cherry syrupswapped
• 4 oz hot coffee
• 2 oz heavy cream

Directions

   Pour the rum, apple cider + splash of vanilla, creme de cacao, cherry juice or cherry syrup and coffee into an Irish coffee cup or glass

   Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top, and serve.
