Canadian Old-Fashioned (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 oz strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
• 1 tsp orange juice + orange zestswapped
• 1 dash angostura bitters
• 1 dash fresh lemon juice

Directions

   Shake the whisky, orange juice + orange zest, angostura bitters and lemon juice with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker

   Strain into an old-fashioned glass

   Garnish with lemon and orange twists.
