Canadian Daisy (Mocktail)
🥃 Served in a highball glass

Ingredients
- 2 oz strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
- 1 tsp white grape juiceswapped — Warm for mulled drinks
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp raspberry syrup
- 4 oz soda water
Directions

Pour the whisky, lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes

Fill with sparkling water

Float the white grape juice on top
- 5
Garnish with a few raspberries, and serve.
