Canadian Breeze (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
• 1 tsp pineapple juice
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp maraschino liqueur

Directions

   Pour the whisky, pineapple juice, lemon juice and maraschino liqueur into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into an old-fashioned glass 1/4 filled with ice cubes

   Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
