Banana Foster (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1 coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1/2 oz banana liqueur
• 1 banana

   Blend until smooth and pour into a large brandy snifter
