Alaskan Iced Tea (Mocktail)
🥃 Served in a highball glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz sweet and sour mix
- 2 oz blue sports drink + orange extractswapped — Or blue food coloring + OJ
- 1/2 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
- 1/2 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
- 1/2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
Directions

Mix the rum, tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract, sparkling water, blue curacao, and sour mix in a mixing glass

Pour into an ice-filled highball glass, and top with lemon-lime soda

Garnish with a twist of lemon or lime, and top with a cherry
