Alaine Cocktail (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1 oz almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
• 1 oz cranberry juice

Directions

   Combine the coconut water, amaretto and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
