Ingredients
- 1 strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
- 1/2 oz kahlua coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz heavy cream

Fill a rocks glass with ice, then add Scotch and Kahlua

Float cream on top and stir.
