Whisky Melba

Ingredients

• 3 apple cider + splash vanillaswapped
• 12 cl dry ginger ale
• 3 - 4 non-alcoholic bitters or omitswapped
• 1 piece ginger

Directions

   Muddle a small piece of fresh ginger in the glass

2. 2

   Fill glass with ice, add whisky and ginger ale

3. 3

   Drop in a strip of lemon peel and stir gently.
