Passion Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1/2 coconut creamswapped
• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 6 oz cold sweet and sour mix
• 6 oz cold pineapple juice
• 1 splash cold sprite soda
• 1 tsp sugar

Directions

   Add the coconut rum, white rum and sugar to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a collins glass

   Fill with equal amounts of sour mix and pineapple juice, pre-chilled

4. 4

   Top with Sprite, and serve.
