Ingredients
- 75 sparkling white grape juiceswapped
- 15 red grape juice + drop of vanillaswapped
- 9 white grape juiceswapped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 lemons
Directions

Add madeira, cognac, sugar and lemons (washed and halved) to a large jug

Mix until sugar dissolves, and chill for 2 - 3 hours

Add the champagne, and serve in wine glasses.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →cl champagne→sparkling white grape juice
- →cl madeira→red grape juice + drop of vanilla
- →.5 cl cognac→white grape juice
