Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1 oz double cream
• 1/2 oz sugar syrup

Directions

   Shake and strain into a champagne flute
