New Orleans Sazerac

Ingredients

• 1/5 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1 oz anise (licorice) syrupswapped
• 1 dash non-alcoholic aromatic bitters or omitswapped
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 twist lemon peel

   Place a sugar cube into an old-fashioned glass, and saturate with non-alcoholic aromatic bitters or omit

   Add ice cubes, pour in liquors, and add a twist of lemon peel

   Fill with water, stir well, and serve.
