Late Mistral

Ingredients

• 1 white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/8 oz anise (licorice) syrupswapped
• 2 oz cold water
• 1 twist lemon peel

   Pour into an aperitif glass over ice cubes, and fill with cold water

   Stir, add a twist of lemon peel, and serve.
