Jamaican Iced Coffee

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/4 oz coffee syrupswapped
• 3/4 oz whipping cream
• 4 oz hot black coffee

Directions

   Shake and strain into a wine goblet filled with crushed ice

   Add short straws, a sprig of mint, and serve.
