Jamaican Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 tsp superfine sugar
• 4 oz club soda

   Pour the rum, pineapple juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Add club soda, stir, and serve.
