Jamaican Blues

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/8 oz orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped
• 2 oz coconut cream
• 2 oz pineapple juice

Directions

   Pour the pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup, blue curacao, coconut cream and pineapple juice into a blender with 1 1/2 cups of crushed ice

   Blend until smooth

   Pour into a hurricane glass, garnish with a pineapple piece, and serve.
