Irish Cream Liqueur #2 (Mocktail)

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp instant coffee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend well

Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week befor serving

this has been found to be best after 1-2 weeks

Store in a refrigerator

Liqueur at room temperature by removing from refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.

- →3/4 cups irish whiskey→strong brewed black tea
