Harvard Cooler

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz apple ciderswapped
• 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
• 1 orange spiral
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   Pour 2 oz

   carbonated water into a collins glass

   Add powdered sugar and stir

4. 4

   Add ice cubes and apple cider

5. 5

   Fill with carbonated water and stir again

6. 6

   Add the twist of lemon peel and the spiral of orange so that the end dangles over rim of glass.
