Ingredients
- 3/4 oz coffee syrupswapped
- 1/2 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
- 3/8 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
- 3/4 tsp pineapple juice + splash brown-sugar syrupswapped

Make kahlua, orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splash and apple juice + splash of vanilla pousse-cafe style in a cordial glass

Ignite rum in a teaspoon and float on top

Extinguish, and serve.
