Ferocious Flip

Ingredients

• 3/4 apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1 oz grape juice + splash pomegranate juiceswapped
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp superfine sugar
• 1/2 oz light cream
• 1 pinch nutmeg

Directions

   Pour the brandy, port, egg, sugar and cream into a cocktail shaker and shake well

   Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve.
