Ingredients
- 3/4 oz metaxa 7 star
- 1/2 oz almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
- 1/2 oz tia maria coffee liqueur
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions

Lightly beat the cream adding a few drops of the vanilla extract

Add the Metaxa, Amaretto, and Tia Maria to a warmed 7-oz

Pour in coffee

Taste for sweetness: add sugar if desired

Top with beaten cream.
